Crock Pot: Chili – without the beans
First off, I got a Crock Pot for Christmas! Yay! I’m very, very excited about this. Mike told me that I better use it more than twice…. I don’t think that will be a problem. The question is, can I use it twice in a 24 hour period?

If you don't have a crock pot, get one. That is all.
Crock Pot Whole30 Chili – what to use when you’re not using beans.
Makes one week worth of lunches for a small but hungry girl
What you will need:
crock pot
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (mine is from Lau Farms, if you in SLC this winter, they deliver once a month, get your order in!)
1 yellow onion, sliced
4 garlic gloves, diced
2 cups homemade chicken stock (if you must buy it, read the ingredients!)
16 oz jar tomatoes (I used my last that I canned this summer, sigh. Goodbye yummy roasted tomatoes)
4 large carrots, chopped
4 celery stalks, chopped
3 tablespoons Ras El Hanout
Methodology:
Put it all in the crockpot, set the time (I did 8 hours, because I was going mountain biking and had some time to kill), come home, eat. Preferably with some fresh cilantro and sliced avocado.
