Boston, you need to chill out.

Posted by piphunt on April 30, 2010 in Adventures of Pip, Where in the World is Pip?

Tweet O Boston, Cambridge, Harvard kids. You never gave us the memo. I didn’t know I needed my sport coat and Sperry’s to avoid sticking out like a sore thumb. We arrived in Cambridge unpretentious, hungry, and ready to have a good time. Apparently, we needed an agenda to have a good time. We needed …read the rest

New York City!

Posted by piphunt on April 28, 2010 in Adventures of Pip, Where in the World is Pip?

Tweet Last night, Mikaela and I arrived at La Guardia, confused our taxi driver, and managed to find our way to Kate’s apartment in Queens, New York. It was a mellow first night in the city, Kate’s roommate, Marcos, joined us for a couple drinks at the local Irish pub, Saints and Sinners, which is …read the rest

It’s not all boring though, I have had some fun!

Posted by piphunt on April 28, 2010 in Adventures of Pip

My friend Will recently relocated here from San Antonio, Tx, only to realize that, sadly, bar trivia is …read the rest

Posted by piphunt on April 26, 2010 in Adventures of Pip, Fitness, The Little Chef

Tweet Injury is part of the game. It’s something almost every athlete has dealt with, and yet, it never gets any easier to deal with. The past twelve days since I hurt myself at Brighton have been a mix between relaxing, reading, physical therapy and getting really, really antsy. I think it’s easy for me …read the rest

Posted by piphunt on April 13, 2010 in Adventures of Pip, skiing

Tweet Seth’s adventures on the road ended at Brighton yesterday. Yes, we went out with a bang. Although this bang may not be the most triumphant bang. Seth and I were cruising down our second groomer of the day, laying some ruts in the fresh groomers, and scoping the resort for potential ski testers. There …read the rest

Tour for the Cure! Take II

Posted by piphunt on April 9, 2010 in Adventures of Pip

Tweet Two years ago, the SheJumps ladies headed up to Red Pine Basin for a slumber party and an attempt at the quintessential Wasatch line, the Hypodermic Needle. For many of us, it was our first attempt at winter camping, and the long slog in with all our gear whopped our butts! This year, Hannah …read the rest

My friend Lindsay and I decided to get the festivities going a little bit early this week, we spent our Friday night in decorating Easter eggs. But not just any old Easter eggs… MONSTER eggs. Now we’re heading to …read the rest
