Last week, Seth Werner , Jamey Parks and I headed to Solitude, Alta and the Bird to ski on Salomon’s latest ski…
What is this ski? Well I’m not exactly sure what to tell you. Right now it’s the “no name”, with no specs and no graphics. What I can tell you is that it has a bamboo core and it rips through groomers, crud and moguls. Not too shabby for a promo ski. Supposedly it skis well in powder too, but it has to snow before we can test that! Alas, my itsy bitsy teensy weensy red boots did not fit in the demo bindings, so I cruised around on the new 2012s instead. These skis were so much fun, and I’m pumped to add these to my quiver! My first impression was “holy crap, these skis RIP!” It was love at first turn.
The response we got for the ski was awesome! Plus, Seth’s sweet new trailer helped us gain a little more attention…
